How to Buy
You will need to register for an account before you can order ODEON e-Vouchers. Your registration will be verified, and your account will be approved.
Once registered, we can then offer a range of e-vouchers that can be redeemed in one of the 115 ODEON cinemas across the UK and Ireland.
Online orders are not binding until we send you an email confirming that the order has been accepted. No vouchers will be dispatched until funds have cleared unless alternative payment terms have been agreed.
In addition to ordering tickets, you can request a quote. Once a quote is complete this will be visible in My Account under quotes. If you decide you would like to place an order on the basis of the quote you can request this in My Account. If you need to change the quote you will need to recreate it though the online process.
If at any time you need to cancel or amend your order, you will need to contact one of our advisers who will assist you.

If you operate in the UK you will select UK as your location and the prices quoted will be in GBP.
If you operate in the Republic of Ireland prices will be quoted in EUR
- Please select the usage you have in mind for the vouchers:
Resale: Vouchers may be resold to your employees/members only.
Reward: A reward voucher can be used to incentivise staff, clients or members. These are not for resale.
If you would like to offer both reward and resale, please contact one of our agents after completing registration.
When selecting the voucher usage your account will be assigned as indicated, if at any stage you wish to change the usage, please call one of our agents who will reset your account. Contact details can be found here
- Contact Details
The name and address must be the designated company/ organisation and user for the account. The address supplied must be related to the business. All details will be verified by one of our agents.
Email addresses must be the company or organisation, the email address will be verified on completion.
If your billing address is different to the organisation address then please include this.
Lastly, you will be asked to create a password for the account. If you forget your password you can request a reset on the website, or call one of our agents to assist.
After completing the registration you will receive an email to confirm your email address. Then your account will be verified by one of our agents.
You will receive an email notification confirming your account approval.
Ordering
When you submit your order, one of our agents will then review. Our agent may contact you to discuss your intended use of the vouchers. Online orders are not binding until we send you an email confirming that the order has been accepted.
We will then issue an invoice to the email supplied. No vouchers will be dispatched until funds have cleared unless alternative payment terms have been agreed. Payments will need to be made via bank transfer.
If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please call one of our Agents who will be happy to assist.
Quotes
You have also the option to receive a quote for tickets. All you need to do is follow each step of the process and the quote will be retrievable in ‘My Account’.
If you then would like to order tickets go to ‘My Account’ and confirm the order. This will then convert the quote into an order. You will be asked to confirm the purchase order if required and agree to our terms.
Following approval of the order you will receive an invoice to your email account.

Online Redemption:
To redeem ODEON e-Voucher codes and book online go to:

- odeoncinemas.ie
- The ODEON mobile site or use the ODEON apps
On the CHOOSE YOUR TICKETS page you will be asked if you have a special code. Insert your code and select Code Type: ‘Voucher’ from the drop-down list.
Important: Once the booking has been completed, the user will receive a booking confirmation email.
Tickets can be collected at cinema kiosks. Once the user has redeemed the e-Voucher they will be provided with a booking reference contained in a booking confirmation email.
Please note, for tickets booked on odeon.co.uk, a card handling fee of £1 per ticket in the UK and €1 per ticket in the ROI will apply to tickets paid for with a credit or debit card when booked online.
