How to Buy


You will need to register for an account before you can order vouchers. Your registration will be verified and your account will be approved. Once you have registered and your account is approved you will then have access to the online ordering facility.

Online orders are not binding until we send you an email confirming that the order has been accepted. No vouchers will be dispatched until funds have cleared unless alternative payment terms have been agreed.

In addition to ordering tickets you can request a quote. Once a quote is complete this will be visible in My Account under quotes. If you decide you would like to place an order on the basis of the quote you can request this in My Account. If you need to change the quote you will need to recreate though the online process.

If at any time you need to cancel or amend your order, you will need to contact one of our advisers who will assist you.

Location details

If you operate in the UK you will select UK as your location and the prices quoted will be in GBP.

If you operate in the Republic of Ireland prices will be quoted in EUR

Voucher types for sale

Reward: A reward voucher can be used to incentivise staff, clients or members. These are not for resale.

Resale: Vouchers may be resold to your employees/members only.

If you would like to offer both reward and resale, please contact one of our agents after completing registration.

When selecting the voucher usage your account will be assigned as indicated, if at any stage you wish to change the usage, please call one of our agents who will reset your account. Contact details can be found here

Contact Details

The name and address must be the designated company/ organisation and user for the account. The address supplied must be relating to the business. All details will be verified by one of our agents.

Email addresses must be the company or organisation, the email address will be verified on completion.

If your billing address is different to the organisation address then please include.

Lastly you will be asked to create a password for the account. If you forget your password you can request a reset on the website, or call one of our agents to assist.

After completing the registration you will receive an email to confirm your email address. Then your account will be verified by one of our agents.

You will receive an email notification confirming your account approval.

Ordering


When you submit your order, one of our agents will then review. Our agent may contact you to discuss your intended use of the vouchers. Online orders are not binding until we send you an email confirming that the order has been accepted.

We will then issue an invoice to the email supplied. No vouchers will be dispatched until funds have cleared unless alternative payment terms have been agreed. Payments will need to be made via bank transfer or by cheque.

If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please call one of our Agents who will be happy to assist.

Quotes


You have also the option to receive a quote for tickets. All you need to do is follow each step of the process the quote will be retrievable in ‘My Account’.

If you then would like to order tickets go to ‘My Account’ and confirm the order. This will then convert the quote into an order. You will be asked to confirm the purchase order if required and agree to our terms.

Following approval of the order you will receive an invoice to your email account.

Paper Vouchers Dispatch


Paper vouchers are dispatched to the delivery address on receipt of payment, unless alternative payment terms have been agreed.

e-Voucher Dispatch


e-Vouchers will be available in ‘My Account’ once payment has been received.

e-Vouchers can be sent from ‘My Account’ directly to end users. Simply choose how many you want to send and submit the email address they should be delivered to.

Alternative arrangements for voucher delivery can be made if you have your own voucher platform – please contact us to discuss further.

e-Voucher for end user


Once the e-Vouchers have been sent to the end user, they will be given instructions on how to redeem at an ODEON cinema.

ODEON and OPIA Limited will not be responsible for e-Vouchers sent to incorrect email address.

Full details of e-Voucher Redemption


End user will receive a link and asked to confirm their name and email address. On completion they will receive the voucher codes via email. They will then be requested to follow the below steps.

Online Redemption:

To use your ODEON voucher code to book your ODEON ticket online at odeon.co.uk, odeoncinemas.ie, ODEON mobile site and ODEON apps, simply enter the voucher code in the ‘ODEON Promo Code Box’ which appears on the payment page. Once the booking has been completed, you will receive a booking confirmation email. To collect your ticket at the ATM, you will need to enter the booking reference contained in the booking confirmation email. Please note, for tickets booked on odeon.co.uk, a card handling fee of 21p per transaction levied by Bookit Limited will apply to tickets paid for with a credit or debit card when booked online, but the ticket purchased using the voucher will not incur a card handling fee.

Box Office Redemption:

To use your ODEON voucher code to book your ODEON ticket at the box office, print this email including your voucher code and give this to the cinema box office. ODEON voucher codes must be presented at time of purchase at the box office.
